Fun tracks to get the party started. I don't really understand what she's saying most of the time, but she certainly mixes an interesting slushpot of sounds.

A few months ago, Miss M.I.A was on the verge of overexposure. Magazine after magazine declared her album one of the best of the year. One article after another described her Sri Lankan heritage, her escape from a war-torn homeland to London, how these factors melded together to create a unique blend of influences on her sound.
