earwig and the angry itch

Every time I hear Iron and Wine's "The Trapeze Swinger" it sticks in my head for days. I don't even have to hear it actually, just think of its loping, repeating melody and it lodges up there in my brain. It clocks in at a whopping 9.5 minutes, a sweet long story with a set cadence and interchanging lyrics that keep swinging back in on themselves. It kills me. I first heard it over the end credits of the movie "In Good Company" and had to keep rewinding and pausing the movie to read through all the music credits to find out what it was.
